Does anyone have any kefir cultures that I could purchase please?

If you don't get any other responses, ILELI do stock 'live' kefir, so you could probably use that to start your own batch...

Step 1: Buy some kefir (my fav is the Borucu brand), drink it but leave just a little, like 5-6 tablespoons.
Step 2: Top it up with milk, let it stand overnight. All room temperature.

Ta taaa you have kefir.

Repeat from Step 1 when you run low.

Just wondering whether you have any kefir cultures still available? And if so can I check they are Dairy ones? If so I would love some if possible

Ours are dairy cultures and you are welcome to some.

They will be ready in 2 days so maybe you can PM your tel. number and we will ring you when they are ready.
