Driving TRNC car in Europe

A short while ago I asked if it was possible to drive to Germany and was told I could not. Since that time I have been told by several TC it is possible as long as it's not driven on TRNC insurance they told me I need " proper insurance" which is available ? Ideas anyone ?

...it is possible as long as it's not driven onto insurance...

Could you get such insurance from the South? Possibly not but may be worth asking!
