We have Turkcell mifi, we run 2 phones & 2 tablets with no problems. When we got our last SIM we were told you now have to register so take either your passport or driving license with you. Data lasts a month and SIM is valid for 3 months if not topped up

we will need to top up at the end of the month, is this easy to do? what information do you need?

is it possible to check your data balance somehow?

The SIM comes with a credit card sized card, the shop should write the number on it (looks like a phone number) take that with you and ask to top up. No idea how you track what you use, maybe buy a small amount of data and see how it lasts. I tend to buy 10 gb as it's only 10 tl more than 6, but we don't stay a month so not sure how long it would last, but hope to put that to test next year

You can normally send a text/service request from a 'MiFi' type device to check 'Time left' (pretty much as you do from a 'phone, although you may need to connect it via USB to achieve this) - your service provider, Turkcell or Telsim, should tell you the number & also how to go about it. The MiFi instructions might help with it as well. It's been so long since I had to do it that I can't remember!

I used this web address 2 weeks ago for my Turkcell mifi from my phone while connected to the mifi.
