This made me cry with laughter, good on the Diplomat, about time someone smacked the officials at Larnaca

Maybe you've had different experiences there Belle, but I've always found the officials at Larnaca to be very professional.

Ha Ha - chuckles galore at that - welcome to my world!!!

Most of the Egyptians who hold posts of authority here in my 'sandpit' strut around oozing arrogance and think all us 'menials' should bow down & grovel at their feet. I hope they lay a complaint against the Egyptian Embassy re: the physical abuse that poor officer received and who was after all only doing her job and retract the so called apology this arrogant diplomat states she received from GC Foreign Office.
