Replacement Glass - Patio door and Kitchen

Hi,
I have a sliding patio door where the glass has developed condensation/mist within it. I'm aware its a sealed unit so all the glass needs replacing. I also have a large kitchen window with exactly the same issue. Can anybody suggest any options regarding replacement glass for both areas. Our apartment is on the east side Esentepe way. I would be grateful for your help.

Many thanks for the replies and suggestions it's really appreciated. With regards to tescomar would they come out and measure up and then order the glass etc then refit? Or as with the other suggestion I have to measure up myself?

Yes Tescomar come & measure then return with the new units to fit them & take the old units away
They usually do this in less than a week & are spot on at keeping appointments, both the owner Adnan & his assistant Aziza speak excellent English which is always a help.
