Cyprus eye clinic near the Bellapais traffic lights. Dr Hatice is excellent.

I suppose it may depend on what it is that you want doing. There is another thread at the moment about cataracts where people are giving their recommendations. I used Cyprus Eye clinic for mine with Dr Hatice and have no complaints at all.
