Rent Free Residency

This may have been asked before. We live in our daughter's property rent free. So no contract.
Has anybody found out how to apply for residency without contract. Or would we need contract for nominal rent. ie 10 TL per year?

You will need a letter from your daughter stating the obvious and signed by all parties with copies of passports witnessed by a noter.

with my father as he was in the uk I actually needed it authorised in the UK by a solicitor and he had the document drawn up here. If your daughter resides with you, I gather from others in this position she gets the homeowner and then you are under the family visa.
