Are they open all day? Need either Alsancak or Lapta .

OI.OI. Gilly 123...........open 8am....ish........close for lunch 12 noon....ish.........nice fella in alsancak office.......I’m guessing you need stamps for mufti and residency......,..good luck with that.........keep us up dated, how you are getting on.......
