I have posted on the travel section but in case anyone has a ticket you need to telephone Atlas as they are not operating their full schedule it seems totally random what flights are actually happening. They are NOT informing passengers when their fights have been changed - what an absolutely disgraceful situation!

Well it does seem that their fleet now consists of just five planes so there's no way they can run the old schedule. (18 planes)

AirPort News, one of Turkey's well established airline claimed that the AtlasGlobal prepared to explain the bankruptcy. According to AirPortHaber's claim, there has been a new development regarding Atlas Global, which has been struggling with financial problems for a long time. The airline was allegedly prepared to disclose bankruptcy. If this claim turns into reality, Atlas Global will go down in history as the first bankruptcy airline company of the Turkish civil aviation industry after the opening of Istanbul Airport. According to the allegation at AirportHaber, it was learned that a meeting was held with personnel at Atlas Global and that they were notified to come to work from tomorrow. It is stated that the company has stopped all flight operations. He could not overcome financial problems Global Atlas of Turkey's strongest private airline company, which started since 2016 due to economic fluctuations and rising costs at the airport in Istanbul on November 26, 2019 announced that it had stopped its flight. Although the airline restarted the flights on December 21, 2019, the bankruptcy decision was taken on the failure to overcome these financial problems.

Have just booked flights to UK through a very reputable travel agent in Girne and they said that Atlas is toxic and they are not touching it "with barge pole" or whatever the Turkish equivalent is.

I have flights booked in June and I am trying to find out what to do to reclaim the money. Can find absolutely nothing.
I am still waiting for money back from the Thomas Cook fiasco last year.
Can anyone enlighten me if any a announcement has been made re getting money back other than my own credit card please?

Denali2007, a friend had a flight booked in March & is having problems also. It was paid on a cr card & as long as they can show they have tried to claim back from Atlas they should be reimbursed. Good luck

Thank you. In the case of the Thomas Cook refunds there were details on their website. Nothing is showing on Atlasjet yet. Poor show I think as they should at least give adequate instructions. I just wondered if anyone had found something I had overlooked. Seems not. I will be joining your friend and claiming via credit card, and yet again scrambling to rebook for my daughter and son in law.

Same as Maisiemoo; I just had to provide evidence of Cobalt's collapse (copy of news item from the internet news) and copy of my booking confirmation/flight details - and money was refunded!
