Submarine in the harbour?

I was told that there is a super submarine in the harbour today. Does anyone have any further information? Is it open for visitors etc.?

There was a sub there a few years back. I wanted to go aboard but was told at the harbour that only Turkish and TC nationals would be allowed to visit. I assume this will be the case for this one but you could always try.

Johnerebus, yes we, we told exactly the same thing. We would have to have produced our Kimlik cards. However it might be possible to get on board if anyone was able to convince the officer on watch that that you had been a submariner.
