Water Pump Repairs

Does anyone know where I can take our water pump to be repaired please? It's sounding very dodgy and very grindingly tired.

I've been told it needs changing but would like to have it repaired if that's possible. It's a good Italian model about 5 years old. Cheers

Most time best to replace but there is a place in chatalcoy shops just before the Mepas turn of next to the ally shop
