Have a look at the Anglo Turkish Association of Northern Cyprus website
On their Contact us page is a drop down tab for local services, you will find details there!
Their website address is http://www.angloturkishassociation.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: DHL or Fedex
Why dont you google it thats what i did . I found an agent in famagusta. I wanted to send my old passport to belfast for renewal.
Anyway i went the office and bought a small envelope which looked like it had been specifically designed for passports beforehand. I told the bloke i wanted to send to the uk he got a very big envelope out .i said no too big he said no only this size . I asked how much he said 70 euro! I said no thanks and left.....
70 euro !
I sent it registeredby the trnc post cost 10 tl .it will probably take weeks/months but im not paying 70 euro
Unlikely to be wanting to travel anyway for a while........

Re: DHL or Fedex
First call is still the DHL agent but they are charging 70 euros for a letter to UK. My husband recently sent his old passport by DHL in the south and it was 20 euros! So somebody is making a lot of money!!! I went to Girne Post Office and sent the letter by registered post for 12tl. It will take a few days longer but there is a huge difference in price between North, south and the post office.

Anything I have sent by TRNC Registered Post has always arrived between 10 and 20 days after posting.

Just to update people. Belfast received my passport sent by registered post today. Was really pleased with that so it took about 2 weeks and saved me 70 euro

Reyntj, in times of trouble there are always the few who make a fortune out of it. I had an (Uncle) who made oodles and oodles out of scrap metal during WW2. After the war he bought an gigantic stately home on the outskirts of Sheffield and lived extremely comfortably indeed for the duration. (sorry for going off topic, but just making a point!!)

The place in Famagusta harbour charged £35 last year, still quite a lot
