Where are the usual headings at top of page, ie Sales etc?

Not being very savvy with Kibkom it was useful to have headings at top of page ie Sales, Restaurants etc. How do I get these back?

If you go to the Index Page, you will find all of the different sections.

I liked clicking on 'My Posts', that's gone too

It's under the Quick Links (3 lines) at the top right - now "your posts".

What about the page with the currency exchange rates and MOT dates etc ?
