I have 2 private messages on the header bar but when I open it up there’s no new messages there! Am I missing something here ?

Same with me, 2 PM but when I open, there’s nothing there. And the red dot with 2PM remains unchanged.

I've just had a look in my inbox although it wasn't showing I had any new messages but I found a couple messages that are not even mine! Fortunately they were only about a washing machine!

Were these in your inbox before? When was last time you checked your inbox? I remember we had an issue in past when one member sent out PM to everyone, I wonder if these were the pm's within your inbox.

Yes they could well have been Soner. Vaguely I do remember some discussion at that time.

Yes I see the washing machine messages which I've not opened. Is it safe to do so?

Yes it is safe. Just delete anyway, it was a member accidentally sending it out to all members.
