What with not being able to use money exchanges does anyone know what the bigger supermarkets exchange rates are when paying in sterling?

TL 8.14 to the £ on XE.COM. Have not noticed any rates in markets but will check in the morning!

If paying by card, it is always better to use the local currency and let the Banks do the conversion as they usually are better than the retailers.

today spot market rate (Mid rate ) is GBP vs TL = 8.30 at 16:00 GMT
