We may be totally locked down because of the village idiots.
The problem is that all the local Cypriots know who they are but won't tell.

Yes we have same here in our part of !lsancak. We have two yobbos who constantly roar around on (a) Bikes (b) off roaders and drive up and down fire breaks etc. Can't get reg numbers because they have removed them! The only thing to stop them would be a wire stretched across road at neck height.
