If your a citizen of the country your travelling to or the journey is essential to that Country, why not, but a lot of hoops to jump.

The fact still remains that the pandemic remains in the community. It is highly contagious and the real threat to life is clear and proven.
Essential is the key word. Risk of death to you and loved ones is clear and should be enough to formulate a reasonable decision. To GO or NOT TO GO.

Is this not just a ploy to allow airlines loopholes to either get out of paying refunds or offering vouchers rather than providing refunds?
