Catalkoy property tax payment ?

Does anyone know if we can pay our property tax , at the Belediysi cashiers office , with a card or is it cash only ?

Which Belediysi ? We paid ours at Lapta Bele a week or so ago with card but they do pass on the visa / mastercard charge so it is approx 3% more expensive to pay that way than if we had used cash.

I paid with UK credit card last week
