I don’t know why you want to contact them but if it’s regarding a booking/cancellation (I think, like us, you fly through Dublin airport) then I contacted them by phone (somewhat apprehensively, I admit).
I called the Turkish number and got the usual “Press 1” etc.
However there was an option for Miles and Smiles members which seemed to jump any queue.
The rep I spoke to, who had perfect English, couldn’t have been more helpful.
I think the number I used was: +90 (850) 333 08 49

If you to the TA website, scroll to the bottom of the screen, bottom right is a Turkish Airlines drop down, there is a get in touch option, you can then select a country & city , this then gives local phone numbers & email address.
All calls do go to Turkey, but at least you are only charged local call rates

I got in touch with them via Facebook Messenger. They replied within 2 hours
