Is the evening curfew still in place?

Forgive me for being too lazy to troll through previous postings. Are we still required to remain indoors between the hours of 9pm and 6am?

Esentepe beaches must have hoaching on Sunday as I could hardly see any undisturbed sand when doing a survey for turtle nesting.
