Paying rental tax on line

Has anyone done this and if so how did you go about arranging to do it please?

Only the landlord can pay rental tax online. We tried to do this and was told at the tax office, only landlord can pay online.

I enquired on Thursday. Has to be landlord unless you have power of attorney. There is a form to fill in and they issue you with a pin number.
