Could anyone help with the tel no to ring to book assisted passage please
There wasn't a space on the booking form as there normally is to book this.
I am flying on Mon 27th July Ercan Istanbul Edinburgh and am getting anxious about making it across the new vast Istanbul airport.
I've looked at the website but cannot find anything .
Any help would be appreciated Thankyou for reading this post

Don’t know if this will help, but I previously booked assisted package, and didn’t get it, but when I got to the airport at Istanbul I told them I needed help and immediately they took me to the section where the help was given. I was very happy with this as I would never have found my departure gate otherwise! I wish you luck

Just looked at TA site. If you go to manage booking, under passenger preferences, there is a section for special assistance.

Email INFOLONDON@thy.com and tell them your booking code and what you require and you will get confirmation back it has been done, probably within the hour. I have just done this and it works a treat. Do not forget to get the Public Health Passenger Location Form which you get online and complete it for each traveller 48 hours before you go to UK, if that is your destinatrion.
