Can't pay Council Tax via Lefkosa online website

Trying to pay Council Tax online: https://ltbonline.org/emlakfatura.php?lang=tr
Get to payment confirmation and get error saying payment not made. Tried to pay with Monzo and Halifax Visa Debit.
Am I missing something?
Has anyone actually succeeded in making a payment?

Pay Point Cyprus do not do Lefkosa Belediye.

Sent them an email. Their system is definitely faulty. Just wonder if I will ever get a reply.

Got reply saying that it must be my credit cards. Tried 10 times with 5 different debit and credit cards. No joy. Sent them an Email again to say that there is definitely something wrong with there website. Will be surprised if they get their web team to look into it. Not holding my breath for any positive results....but it would be nice.

I think you may need a card issued by a bank with a TRNC branch.

Thanks Groucho, they didn't tell me that on the phone, nor did they in their email. Second email sent no response. Awaiting a reply on third email sent.
I think if that is the case, they need to step up and move on with the rest of the World. Can use my cards in any store within the TRNC.
Looks like I may have to go to Lefkosa Belediye main office to make payment in cash and whilst there mingle amongst others that can't pay online. Hope I don't catch anything.
