Unable to pay MOT online

Has anyone tried to do this and been successful for those due 23 September to 6 October? I was advised by BRS that it is most likely because the department is on strike. However having read that others have managed to pay their car tax online this week I wonder if it is a specific problem for me since it would be the same department.

I paid mine yesterday morning but had to use my friends card as it would accept my Hsbc MasterCard Have another go Best of luck

I can't even get as far as the option to pay. The system doesn't recognise my registration or date or the verification code.

I have had the same problem for the last 6 weeks with both cars. In the end on both occasions , I have given up and gone and sat out the 5 hour wait at the tax office after arriving there at 6.45.am.
