Too be fair I think that they are doing there best under adverse weather conditions at a critical point of the repair.
Thank goodness that the students and tourists have not been able to come , otherwise everyone would be a bit whiffy.

It took them an age to get going.... seemed little urgency was was in evidence for months.
I guess we should all bear in mind that Britain which enjoys what seems to be 40 odd weeks of rain a year seems to empty its reservoirs after two weeks of sunshine.
