Anadolujet refund policy/ flight cancellation?

Hi,
Back in February (before lockdown) I booked a flight from Stansted to Ercan with Anadolujet returning with Pegasus. Due to the current situation Iin the UK and quarantine rules (14 days) called to cancel . My flight was non refundable (which i knew) so I thought I would be offered a voucher ? informed no voucher but give them another date and I would have to pay the difference. The problem is how can i give them a date with the current pandemic !! Advised me to phone the day before the flight departs (October 24th) ? Since then I've received an email to say they've cancelled my Istanbul to Ercan flight. Does this mean I'm know entitled to a refund?? as i'm unable to get to my final destination. The Stansted to Istanbul is still flying. I've tried to call T.A but have been unable to get through. Any help would be appreciated.

My situation was exactly the same as yours, except I was travelling in the opposite direction ie Ercan to Stanstead and the return also with Anadula Jet. I booked in February with no change policy etc. I rang Turkish airlines in the U.K. as advised by a friend their no is 0844 800 6666 and you select option 2. I explained my situation and was immediately offered a refund or to change my flight to which I explained I did not know when I would be able to fly. They then offered me an open ticket with no change in price. I took the open ticket which is open until 31 December 2021, on rebooking you have to ring them to book as you cannot do it over the internet or an agent, this is because the ticket was booked on the internet in the first place. Thanks very much for your reply its really appreciated. I'll call them again and hopefully they offer me the open ticket.
