Her name is Sarah. Call the bank on 0392 815 4713 and ask for her, they will put you through to her but she only works in the morning so wait till tomorrow. Good luck, I have been waiting for my ATM card for 2 months now!!!

There is a banner advert for the bank with contact details, maybe get in touch with them and get the information you need. Good luck

Good for you, they come from Turkey, mine must be coming by camel!!! If you mean one of the credit cards then you can get that in the same day but normally the ATM card for your bank account takes a couple of weeks - or months - or?????
In fairness, this will be my first ATM card on a new account and Covid - apparently - has had an effect as well, I was told last week it is now in the hands of the Manager so we will see.

My ATM card was a renewal. I took my expiring one in and picked up the renewal a few days later.
I also got one of the credit cards to pay for residency & got that the next day, put some lira on it and gave it a pin.

Was that a Credit or Pre-paid Debit Card?

I'm sure she said it's a pre paid credit card.
They are very popular at the moment for residency payments online. I've used it to pay for blood test & health insurance already.

Re: Turkish bank contact
Yeah, I think that a lot gets lost in translation
If you have to load it up with cash before you can use it, then technically it's a pre paid debit card - the type that Turk Bank have been promoting for online State health insurance payments.
It should say on the card what type it is...

Do not copy and paste. Looks like they have a Turkish i in the address (without dot).
Try this: r.campbell@turkishbank.net
