Ray Clements RIP

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp and legendary centre-back Jamie Carragher have led the tributes to former Reds goalkeeper Ray Clemence after he died at the age of 72.

Clemence, who also played for England and Tottenham, won three European Cups and five league titles while at Liverpool and was capped 61 times by the Three Lions. He was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer in 2005.

Klopp said it was 'an extremely sad moment' for the club and that Clemence had helped write Liverpool's rich history after making such an impact at Anfield.

Won the FA Cup with Spurs too. Great keeper unlucky to overlap with Shilton. Could do with either nowadays
