Read that Winter Opening Hours are : 08:00 - 15:30 (November to March). Anyone know if it is open or closed due to covid?.

No flood lights on for the last few years which is a shame for not showing off the last of real landscape architecture, now blighted by concrete monstrosities.

There were certainly some cars in the upper car park, when I walked around the base on Saturday 7th of November, around 14:00.
