Interest rates up again.
After the increase in November to 15% the central bank has increased the rate to 17per cent today.

you may find that those rates are for loans with the rates paid to investors (e-deposit rates) being 3% less.

Yes that is the case however if rates for loans go up it is usual for investment rates to go up too. Borrowing will always be higher than investing, the one pays for the other, but, generally both move.
