Unable to access the page that has the exchange rate

I cannot access the page that shows the exchange rates, MOT dates etc. I usually click on directory but something different comes up. Has the access changed ?

Sorry, my site has been hacked for the second time this month, most probably by local competition. I have my programmer working on it.
What goes around comes around. I wouldn't sink to their level, but hope that whoever is doing this, end up with bad karma.
