They started to make moves to impeach him before he moved into the White House so I'd be astonished if they didn't try as he moved out.
Biden got nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize before the Presidential debates had even started. I think it was for....Nope still no idea.
I assume Trump will be writing his memoirs of his presidency. Maybe if they review the book now to save time it will save him the time actually writing it.

As all his 'books' are ghost-written he won't be too taxed will he. The reason, which clearly either don't want to see or are too myopic to see, that the earlier impeachment proceedings were initiated before Trump took office is because that's when the offences occurred. Why do you think they should have waited? To see if he'd hang himself? Which he pretty much has done now...

Well he was impeached for abuse of power and obstruction of congress so I’d be interested to know how he managed to do either before he actually took office. Can builders abuse political power of obstruct Congress? Still if Biden can get nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize for his debating and speech making anything is possible I guess.

To resign would indicate that he feels a sense of guilt, I don't think that's in his make up do you? He wants to go down in history and to be impeached twice would certainly ensure that.

No way on earth he will resign.
TBH I can't see the point in impeaching him at this point. Impeachment is to remove someone from power and I'd be surprised if they can get it through before Biden takes power in a week.
There's a fair few that should have been hung for crimes against humanity but I can't see much point in digging up their bodies and hanging them now.
I have to say that it would be more productive to look into speeding up future transfers of power. It has been an exceptional set of circumstances but in general having lame duck presidents for 10 weeks doesn't seem wise to me.
