Having recently attended the Police station with our documents, I have read on here that the next step is to go back on the website and pay for health insurance. However when I go back on the website, I have the tick for the Police, but have not seen any link for getting my health Insurance. Am I missing something?
At the top of the page it says that Immigration Office is evaluating your application.

Just give it time, log on every morning to see how it's progressing.

Re: Residency health insurance
What did you put in the original online setup that you had or didn't have health insurance?
I had to get a couple reset because they said they had health insurance (which they did from the last year) but actually you had to put no health insurance.
As they were over 60 it did not ask for documents and they passed the Police interview but the online bit got stuck like yours not asking for payment of state health insurance!
Visited Immigration to tell them we needed to pay for the insurance & they reset it for us so we could pay it online straight away.
Also, they have a large pile to go through at the moment if you did do it correctly so expect some delays!

Re: Residency health insurance
Ours took about two weeks from going to the police station before it asked us to pay for health insurance.
