PCR testing in Lapta

With the rise in infection rates, testing is available at the belidere until 3pm today. (:()) :x))
Again it states CITIZENS!!!

Minister Ali Pilli had a meeting with the mayor's of Alsancak and Lapta to discuss the infection rates increase in the villages, possibly people 'hiding ' in denial.
Don't want to go into quarantine.
