Best done in person with over payment to be in credit with monthly bill sent to your email address.

Haven't tried this myself yet, but if I don't get over there soon will have to give it a try myself.

Try this, works for us. Now gives online receipt. It works but you need to know your kibtek account number.

Re: Paying Electricity
We are in the UK and get an email once a month from Kibtek with the latest bill. There is a link in the email to pay direct to Kibtek. We have been paying this way since the end of last summer and it works well. We pay by MasterCard.

I have used both https://paypointcyprus.com/ (there is also an app) and the Kibtek app. Nice to have a few options.

Strangely enough the URL now not working at all, even on a google search. Must have been withdrawn.
paypointcyprus.com is working fine so will use that in future (can also be used to pay local council charges online).

Re: Paying Electricity
Sent Kibtek an email. Was advised that if you are on Renewable Energy and your bills fell mid month, they have now been altered to be received at beginning of each month. Dec-Jan bill will now be sent out beginning of Feb 2021.SunnyParkers wrote: ↑Sat 23 Jan 2021 4:56 pmSorry to hijack but we normally get our electric bill from Kibtek via email 19/20 th every month but haven’t had January’s yet. Re: Paying Electricity
This is so simple to use - and accepts UK credit/debit cards.
https://paypointcyprus.com/
When you click on the Kibtek icon, enter your Kibtek a/c number and your are then presented with your a/c balance. Follow your nose after that to make a payment.
Email confirmation payment accepted and facility to print / download payment receipt.
Alternatively, email your friendly KKTC bank representative and ask them to make the payment to Kibtek from your bank a/c here. They will do it for you.
