The partial curfew has been extended to 1st of February as stated in the official gazette but no mention in the reporting of esentepe or alsancak lapta being closed.
Does this mean the mayors of their villages have closed them?

I must admit I am getting confused what is in the actual official gazette by the council of ministers and what the communicable diseases supreme committee want.

Heard yesterday bellapais a small close knit mountain village a family in the heart of the village have tested positive . The next 15 days will be a worrying time.

Prime Minister, Ersan Saner made a statement in the early hours of the morning following the recommendations of the Infectious Diseases High Committee.

Saner said, "The Supreme Council will convene again, make decisions, we will announce these decisions (Tuesday) in the Assembly".

Prime Minister Saner stated that they also invited the High Committee to the meeting. Saying that "The Committee will gather again tomorrow (Tuesday) and make a decision".

Saner drew attention to the increase in the rate of cases, especially in winter. Stating that humanity is tired of Covid-19, Saner said that there were also difficulties in reporting the contacts to the committee, repeated the "mask, distance, hygiene" proposal, and pointed out that the contacts should also be reported.
