Can anyone give me directions to Lapta Police Station, travelling from Karsyaka.

Take the first turning into Lapta and stay on the road towards Lapida Hotel. Keep on driving, past the new
supermarket, Lapta Mar, on the right, past the bakery, also on the right, carry on towards the centre of Lapta
and then you will see the police station on the right. It's quite a long road, but don't despair!

Why would you need permission to go from Karsiyaka to Lapta police station?

Lapta Police cover Alsancak, Lapta and Karsiyaka so if you need to go to the police station I very much doubt you need permission.
