Kibtec Bills
I usually pay the bill using paypointcyprus, around about 5th of each month. I have checked and have no outstanding bill although it is well over the 30 days since my last bill. Kibtec post paid section show a nil balance as well. Does anyone else have the same problem.

Our bill is normally sent by text and e mail by about the 5th ....this month we have not received a bill...went into Girne Kibtec Office and asked why ....Cyprus shrug, so paid them an amount about an average of 3 previous months !!

Same but different. Went into Belediye last week to pay the water bill and was asked "you are paying it in full" "yes, why" "you are allowed to pay only some of it if you want without a fine". I wonder??????

Got ours as normal, paid on line with credit card as normal, no problem!
No matter how hard the past, you can always begin again.

Re: Kibtec Bills
Our Kibtek and Girne Belediye water invoices appeared in our Creditwest “Payments” section as normal (both are “registered” for payment and appear automatically each month). I had received the usual SMS message from Kibtek advising the amount outstanding.
They were then paid manually by electronic fund transfer from our YTL current account as normal using the Creditwest phone app.
We are not in the TRNC at the minute so all the above was done remotely.

I pay ours online every month with a Revolut card, it is so easy, there is an English language facility if you need it and they provide email confirmation that you have paid. Very easy and professional system, quite refreshing really!

Re: Kibtec Bills
Received my bill around the usual time by SMS.
Me too, and it is really simple and hassle free. I've used the Kibtek website, PaypointCyprus and the Kibtek app on my phone, all are really simple, and no longer find that I've been cut off when the bank hasn't paid the bill on time (twice). So long as you have your phone registered with Kibtek, as they send you a code to get into your account and complete the payment process, this is on their website and through the app, Can't remember if you need that on Paypoint Cyprus, as just used that once to try it out, maybe someone else can advise please?frontalman wrote: ↑Wed 17 Mar 2021 8:05 amI pay ours online every month with a Revolut card, it is so easy, there is an English language facility if you need it and they provide email confirmation that you have paid. From time to time the bill comes late, about 25th . Don't have a clue why , but it does.
