Is the Kocan in your name and all taxes paid?

Is there a swimming pool

What size is the overall plot please

Are any of the bedrooms downstairs?

sorry for the late reply i was waiting for the msg to be accepted before i could reply
the houses tax all paid the kocans are ready however there is no pool. i do have another house again in karşıyaka 4 bedrooms furnished with a swimming pool for £100,000 if you would like more information you can call me on 0533 844 3355

Would like some idea of where they are before committing to viewing the inside. The area surrounding the houses is very important to us.

Are they individual builds or part of an estate. If an estate then we would not be interested.
