90 day visa

Hi is the 90 day in 180 day rule count when you actually arrive in Cyprus and the departing day? Thank you

Yes the days count from when you arrive and stop when you exit.

if i fly in from the south can i apply for residency i own property and if i used the south after would i be fined ?
