How do I contact Revolut to tell them of a problem I have with my card?

Do you use the Revolut app?

If yes, on the home screen click the bubble with your initials (top left) to open your profile. Then click the “?” in the top right, scroll down until you see “New Chat”.

When you start a 'New Chat' you will normally get a response from an automated 'Bot' which has been pre-programmed to recognise key words and phrases used in the most common queries/problems, and offer standard responses.

If that doesn't help you to resolve your issue, type 'Live Agent' into the text box, and the system will connect you to an actual Person!

The Live Agents are extremely persistent, in my experience at least, and will keep at it until your problem is resolved.
