UK now on trnc red list

I think I'm understanding this correctly but arrivals from UK are now on red list and need to quarantine for 5 or 7 days ?

RED; VACCINATION or DISEASE; Negative PCR result for the last 72 hours before the trip. 5 Day Quarantine Note:

Vaccinated persons coming from England (United Kingdom) will be able to enter the country without quarantine until 06.09.2021. Re-evaluation will be made on the specified date.

UNVACCINED; Negative PCR result for the last 72 hours before the trip. 7 days quarantine Covid-19 tests will be applied at all entrance gates, regardless of whether people coming from these countries are vaccinated.

Sorry, looked every where & can’t find the info. We want to come out late September but don’t want to quarantine unless absolutely necessary. IF the rules change after 6th, can we stay in the south for 10 days & then come over with out quarantining, we are both double jabbed, or would we still have to do 5 days at home. Fingers crossed we can come quarantine free

No because the south is on the red list to....you could go to turkey and spend some time there..

We are coming back out on 13 th September and have both vacations. I can’t find anything regarding this that’s in English.
We have our own property but could do with out having to self isolate for a week !

The U.K. figures are rising for those contracting the virus. However; the vaccination programme is keeping hospital admissions down and the risk of those double vaccinated getting seriously ill have reduced dramatically.

Being vaccinated and with a negative PCR test should be sufficient to not have to quarantine. However not sure if that will be enough for those who just look at numbers.

So if the numbers contracting the virus continue to rise I would think that quarantine for arrivals from the U.K. likely.

The current table and entry criteria regarding the color codes of the countries will be applied by our committee from the first Monday after their publication.

This is from the kibris gazette I posted above. It seems it's already been actioned.
