Looking for villa for 6-8 months

We are looking for a villa for us for this summer to rent, under following conditions:

1. It must have a private swimming pool
2. Furnished, Air Con's a must
3. Remote locations ok as long as within Multimax coverage (no Sadrazakoy or Karpaz, everywhere else is ok)
4. Preferably not in packed surrounding, we dont make noise, but we dont like to deal with it.
5. No of bedrooms not relevant (just the pair of us)
6. Shower must have excellent water pressure.

Looking for renting between March-October, inclusive.

I am being very specific with my needs, please do not email me with apartments, villas with communal pools etc, or anything else with missing qualities from the above list

We will not be staying there all the time, just a couple of days a week so really looking for a bargain deal. I know I can get pretty much anything for 500GBP, so if your asking price is close or above this, you better offer something that stands out from the crowd

If I will get a better deal, I am willing to pay all the rent upfront.
