Problem completing AdaPass

Help! I'm panicking! I'm arriving via Larnaca on 3 November and am trying to get my AdaPass. I've said I arrive by airplane and given flight No., put UK for both Arrival Country and Visited Country, put in TRNC address, and uploaded Vaccination Certificate. I get to the Confirmation Page and then get the message "You should check he fields again. An error has occurred. Please try again"
I cannot see what I have missed. Any help would be appreciated.

Shouldn't "Arrival Country" be Cyprus?

I have tried putting arrival country as Cyprus but I still cannot get past the Confirmation screen. I have NOT entered a HES Code. Is this required and, if so, where would I get one?

I was using google chrome switched to microsoft edge and the pdf popped up at the end of process on my phone

On mine I had United Kingdom as the Arrival Country and United Kingdom as Visited Country. The HES code is for Turkish citizens.

Tried all these to no avail. The mobile website ticked all my data as correct and allowed be to get to submit stage before stating "You should check he fields again. An error has occurred. Please try again" - nothing highlighted.

A new Android app was due to be available today but it wasn't! I think they may have withdrawn the recent one at https://adapass.gov.ct.tr/yolcu because I get a response : "500 Internal Server Error". If all else fails, I think I would try entering using my vaccination record and the paper form "TRNC MINISTRY OF HEALTH INFORMATION AND OBLIGATION FORM" which contains most of the information required in the mobile website application form. Any other suggestions?

Its all a joke, the link doesnt work and when you go to the app for the form you can occasionally get to the upload stage but then it wont scan anything and kicks you back out then you start again and you cant input your date of birth. Flying from Turkey tomorrow which to get into is a breeze compared to this mess!

Thank you all for your suggestions. I eventually got it sorted this morning via the old website. But beware - the new (updated) Android app is not working correctly at the moment to enable you to get a Digital Travel Document. Payment for an antigen test or wristband is required before you can proceed. I paid for antigen test but the stated 10 digit code was not generated. Later I heard from my bank that the payment had been refunded.

Went to old website get to date of birth try to select my year and then it takes me straight back to 2021.
