Where to buy waterproof padlocks

I need some waterproof padlocks to close my gates. The ones I bought from a local yapi market have rusted. Although I used half a can of WD40 they still won’t let the key to fully be inserted . I have one padlock from U.K. which never rusts. Anyone know where I can buy one and makers name if possible? In North Cyprus. Thanks

There is a locksmith on the main road near Girne hospital.
We bought some quality padlocks for our gates from here. Had them exposed to the elements for at least 4 years now and now problems so far.
