Electric bills
Is anyone else having problems paying their electric bill on line? For the second month running the link to the Koop bank is malfunctioning. I have sent kibtek an Email asking to get it sorted.

Re: Electric bills
PayPoint is dead easy, use it for all bills now.
No matter how hard the past, you can always begin again.

Paypoint accepts both local and UK cards in my experience.

Yes, I use Halifax or Nat West. Don't have any local cards.

Deniz1, I don't use the Paypoint stand alone machines, only the on line version, so I can't guarantee all cards will work in them. Perhaps someone can confirm for you.

If only Esentepe Belediye could get with it.... unfortunately they are one of the few authorities that do not use this method of bill collection.alphamike wrote: ↑Thu 03 Feb 2022 3:39 pmJust paid this afternoon using https://www.paypointcyprus.com/

Re: Electric bills
Catalkoy used to do it for water bills but two months ago it all kind of stopped and since then my paint has dried so I have stopped trying to use that one, it works well for electric and phone bills. I started with Lloyds credit card, then tried Nationwide credit cards and ended up using my Nationwide debit card - all of them worked by the way. Really good service and easy to print proof of payments if you want them.

Wish Tatlisu would go with Paypoint too. I asked about paying online last year, and response was yavas, yavas. Right enough, it's not that long since they allowed payment with a card, so there has been progress.
