Buying new laptop

Which is a good, reliable, knowledgeable place to go for a new laptop complete with Win11 - or compatible for downloading that? ie Eios not Bios . TRNC .

No it is not in the computer related section. I do not understand how this works any more - doesn't seem the same. Who is Avkam??? and where is his (?) post?

I keep getting a notification on my phone re this post yet nothing on here still, It has not been moved to computer section.
Is Avkam a Moderator or whatever the governing body is called? I found a note somewhere that this topic does not exist!!! You can tell that I am still a novice at finding my way around this site!
