Has anybody had problems with this company? Purchased at TV from them in December 2018, wasn’t cheap at 890USD. Had a 2 year guarantee. The set developed a problem around one year after purchase. They took it away and said that the LEDs had burnt out due to voltage spike however this was proven not to be true as I had purchased a new voltage regulator from a different supplier. They fixed the set and returned it. In June 2020 the same problem occurred. They took the set, said again that it was due to high voltage but I showed them the regulator and they then fixed and returned. Guess what, 1 week ago it happened again! They took the set away. Just got a message from them asking for 2000tl as the problem is due to high voltage! Totally fed up with them. Asked them to get a manager to call me. We will see.

The store will not accept returns for defective items. Often they sell non-original goods under the brand name of a well-known brand.

Is this the store that a few months ago people were giving high praise because of quality of goods, service and prices?

Good Grief Akvam, perish the thought that any shop in the TRNC would do such a thing!! I feel sure that my Nike shoes I bought from China Bazzar are original manufacture as are my Levi jeans and Polo T Shirts I have purchased out here. I must look harder at my DeWalt tools as well - what does PRC mean anyway?

Anyway, jokes aside, I remain happy with all the items I have purchased from Sharaf, regardless of the "Original" manufacturer.

Well, if it was then it was perfectly done and even Dyson would not have been able to see any difference. In particular as the serial number was recognised by Dyson as well! But then you never know do you? However, if it is found to have been a rip off version by the new owner I am perfectly happy to refund all costs on it's return.

I bought a lot of items from sharaf store back in the days, including a 50 inch samsung tv at a good price. The TV for sure is original and so far (having it for 1 year) no problems. Got some headphones as well and no problem with them either.
I had a problem with one item - it was a BOSCH tost machine. It wasn't ejecting the slices of bread after few months of usage and I took it back to them for repair. It took over 30 days for the repair. Took it back - the issue was still there as if they hadn't done anything. I didn't have the time to go and deal with it again and it was a relatively cheap item, hence, decided not to waste my time with it. Their shop has a lot of stuff, which is cool, but the prices are quite pumped, compared to other places. I stopped buying from them, unless I need something specific and only they have it. Other than that I just check other tech shops in TRNC and usually I find a better price.
