Multi Max Customer Service?
What's going on at Multimax? I have an internet freedom package with them (I'm in UK) I've emailed them 3 times (no response!!) They used to be so punctual. For some reason their website won't accept my password so I can pay for my internet when I come out next month. I've requested a password change on their website and I should receive an email to enable me to do it but nothing?? Hence why I've emailed them to how to resolve. I'm trying to avoid having to travel all the way over their office from Tatlisu!! Any idea how I can get them to respond. The chat room doesn't work either. I would change providers but my package deal is paid up to October (minus the daily rate) Any help would be appreciated.

If you have WhatsApp their official Multimax number is 0090 548 844 0244
I usually send them a message and have always had a response.

Thanks for the suggestion of what's app I'll try that. Still poor customer service not to respond to a customer of 10 years !

Hi thepotter,
I think WhatsApp is your best option, from Tatlisu or further afield.
Not too sure about the weekend, but through the week, no problems.
Anytime I have MM Internet problems,
I contact them, with the fault details, full name, account No & contact details,
Via WhatsApp, any problems are normally resolved in minutes, when possible.
Possibly their contact info could be updated?
I'm happy with their service & internet. (MM Platinum)

I agree Potter .I have e-mailed them a number of times from the UK regarding the tariff i am currently on and enquiring about the others they offer .I also asked them with regards to a router we bought as they changed the system on our site and on checking our current package states installation and maintenance . Zilch reply .If they were not so close i would look to change !

We left Multimax a few years ago . We left for two reasons their prices and poor customer service .

I say every year I will change to another provider however, sheer laziness on my part I keep renewing with them. I understand they have a loyalty bonus? I will see what that is before I decide.

Re: Multi Max Customer Service?
Called in the shop this morning. Asked about my renewal in 15 days, the lady said 3,900 TL for the platinum package, I asked about the free three months they used to have, she said its now two months not three, its actually 10 months pay, and two "free months" yeh right.
I did ask about the loyalty bonus, she said 20 percent off, OK so what's the price for 10 months, 3,900?
Time for a change I think.
