Building works on SBA in Beryamudu

Has anyone noticed the building works going on at the SBA in beryamudiu (Pile) crossing? Seems like they are building on the opposite side. I wonder if they will be checking people returning to TRNC as well as leaving, once works have completed?

We did notice that last week and thought the same as you. Let's hope if it is then it's a speedier passage through than at Metahan!

As MOT can only be done at Metehan and only lasts one day, we can't make use of Beyarmudu crossing in our TRNC registered car....

Groucho, you can come back into the North via that crossing or any other crossing but once back you can’t cross back again the same day!

Groucho we cross at Metahan do the shopping pop into IKEA and then head down the motorway to Dhekelia for fish and chips. It gives the car a good run instead of it just pootling about town.
